• Cooling circuit optimization for the M 177 biturbo The 4.0L V8 biturbo engine (M 177) in the Mercedes-AMG E 63 (S) models (W213 / S213 series) uses an innovative indirect intercooler circuit.

• Front cooler: Volume increase of +75% (13.2 liters vs. OEM 7.43 liters).
• Side radiator: Volume increase of +210% (5.5 liters vs. OEM 1.77 liters). The combination of these massive individual improvements results in an impressive overall increase in cooling volume of 100%. This ensures thermal stability for tuned vehicles and racetrack operation.
• Total volume increase: +100%.
• Front cooler volume: From OEM 7.43 L to 13.2 L (increase +75%).
• Side radiator volume: From OEM 1.77 L to 5.5 L (increase +210%).
