Intercooler Features
- Measuring 510mm x 303mm x 180mm (stepped 20.65L), this high performance intercooler offers an impressive 162% larger flow area and a whopping 182% more charge air volume compared to the stock intercooler. This means a significant improvement in the cooling capacity and performance of your vehicle.
- At the heart of this intercooler is a high quality Tube Fin core with internal turbulators. This core ensures efficient heat transfer and optimises airflow for maximum cooling.
- Despite its impressive size, the intercooler only weighs a light 13.2kg.
- The intercooler's end boxes are made of cast aluminium and have been optimised using flow analysis in the CFD system. This guarantees outstanding cooling performance with minimal back pressure.
- The intercooler inlets and outlets have been enlarged to 70mm to ensure maximum air flow.
- Replacement with the standard intercooler is simple and straightforward (plug and play).
- The anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties ensures long-lasting and optimum cooling.
- This kit was developed for the highest performance requirements and is tested and pressure-stable up to 6 bar.
