Intercooler Features

• Core dimensions of 640 mm x 410 mm x 65 mm, providing an increased external charge air volume of 17 liters compared to the factory 9 liters. This means more air, more power and impressive acceleration for your Golf 7 GTI.
• Competition high-performance intercooler core (Tube Fine) ensures optimum airflow to neighboring components such as the water cooler.
• Despite its size, this intercooler is surprisingly light at just 8.9 kg.
• The cast aluminium end boxes were created in the CAD system and optimised using CFD simulations to ensure optimal internal airflow.
• An integrated air duct in the end box ensures an even filling of the competition high-performance intercooler core.
• The intercooler inlets and outlets have been enlarged to an impressive 70 mm and includes reinforced silicone hoses to cope with the increased airflow.
• Compared to the factory intercooler, this intercooler offers significantly less back pressure, resulting in improved performance.
• Anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties.
• This guarantees long-lasting and optimum cooling performance for a constant increase in performance.
• Replacing the factory intercooler with the kit is straightforward and can be carried out without any problems.
