• Massive increase in performance through increased volume & surface area: With core dimensions of 300 mm x 222 mm x 125 mm, our intercooler offers an impressive 16% larger flow area (66,600 mm vs. OEM 57,600 mm) and a sensational 113% more charge air volume (7.7 liters vs. OEM 3.6 liters) compared to the factory part.
• Significantly more cool, dense air for your engine, resulting in a noticeable and sustainable increase in performance.
• Optimal airflow & minimal back pressure: The specially developed Competition high-performance core remains not only highly effective, but also extremely lightweight. The cast aluminium end boxes, which have been flow-optimised in the CFD system, and the integrated air baffles at the inlet ensure even filling of the intercooler and minimal pressure losses. The connections at the inlet and outlet have been expanded to 60 mm and the original click connections have been eliminated, further optimizing the airflow.
• Racing-grade quality and easy installation: This kit was developed specifically for racing to deliver the performance and efficiency that demanding drivers need. Weighing only 5.5 kg, the cooler is lightweight and adds hardly any weight to the vehicle. Installation is straightforward and is carried out using the original mounting points thanks to the 1:1 replacement. Reinforced silicone hoses and mounting hardware are included to facilitate installation.
