• Massive performance increase through optimised cooling: With impressive core dimensions of 640 mm x 200 mm x 110 mm, our intercooler offers a 25% larger flow area and an astonishing 110% more charge air volume compared to the stock cooler. Our newly developed competition high-performance intercooler core ensures outstanding cooling and back pressure properties, which directly leads to a noticeable increase in performance.
• Maximized airflow & minimized back pressure: The cast aluminium end boxes have been optimised using flow analysis to ensure the best possible internal airflow and guarantee uniform filling of the intercooler. The original click connections have been eliminated and the connection diameters at the inlet and outlet have been increased to 70 mm to further maximize airflow and minimize back pressure.
• Completely ready to install & easy installation: The kit is completely ready to install and covers the area from the turbo to the throttle valve. Installation is simple using the original mounting points, without any complicated adjustments. The scope of delivery also includes two reinforced silicone hoses and a cast aluminium boost pipe for a perfect fit and long-lasting durability.
• Highest quality & legal certainty: Weighing only 10.5 kg, the cooler is relatively light despite its performance.
