• Massive performance increase thanks to 80% more volume: With an innovative performance core and dimensions of 222 mm x 297 mm x 95 mm, this intercooler offers an impressive 80% larger external core volume compared to the standard cooler.
• Significantly more cool, dense air for your engine and a noticeable increase in power and torque.
• Optimal airflow & minimal back pressure: The cast aluminium end cases have been optimised using CAD technology and CFD simulations to ensure ideal internal airflow and outstanding cooling properties. The improved air mass flow rate of 33% ensures optimal cooling of the charge air with minimal back pressure, which also reduces the load on the turbocharger.
• Improved efficiency and durability: Weighing only 8.3 kg, the intercooler is particularly light. A special heat-conducting anti-corrosion coating provides optimum protection for the cooler against environmental influences and guarantees a lasting and effective cooling effect. The all-aluminium design has also been tested up to 6 bar and is absolutely pressure-stable.
• Easy replacement: Thanks to our detailed installation instructions, installation is a straightforward, direct replacement for the original intercooler. The connection diameter towards the throttle valve has also been increased from 62 mm to 70 mm to allow for improved flow.
