- Optimal airflow & minimal back pressure: At the heart of the system is our high-quality Competition high-performance intercooler core with internal turbulators. The cast aluminium end boxes have been optimised using CAD technology and CFD simulations to ensure ideal internal airflow. The original click connections have been eliminated and the connection diameter at the inlet and outlet has been increased to 70 mm. The result is outstanding cooling properties and significantly lower back pressure than with the OEM cooler.
- Improved efficiency and durability: Weighing only 7.4 kg, the intercooler is particularly light. A special anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties guarantees a lasting and effective cooling effect even under extreme conditions. The cooler has also been tested up to 6 bar and is absolutely pressure-stable.
- Easy installation with precision fit: The EVO2 intercooler kit is completely ready to install and can be easily replaced with the standard intercooler. However, minor adjustments to the radiator support are required.
