- Revolutionary cooling performance & volume: Our EVO1 intercooler impresses with impressive core dimensions of 520 mm x 210 mm x 130 mm and a stepped structure with a volume of 11,750 cm. This means a breathtaking 85% larger flow area and a 60% increase in charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. This massive improvement guarantees optimal cooling and thus constant power output from your engine, even under the most extreme conditions.
- High-performance intercooler core (bar-and-plate): The heart of this kit is our proven high-performance core in a bar-and-plate design of the highest quality. This core offers outstanding cooling properties to efficiently regulate the charge air temperature and minimize thermal power losses.
- Flow-optimised & minimal back pressure: The end boxes are made of lightweight cast aluminium and have been carefully optimised using CFD (computational fluid dynamics) technology. The result is the best possible internal air flow and significantly reduced back pressure compared to the stock intercooler. This leads to a noticeable increase in performance and more direct throttle response.
- Easy plug & play installation: Installation is a breeze! Our kit is a complete ready-to-install package that simply replaces the stock intercooler a true plug-and-play experience. The original intercooler hoses can still be used, giving you additional flexibility and easy installation.
