The competition package for the Audi (EA824) consists of the intercooler upgrade kit and the additional water cooler upgrade kit.

With a high-quality cooling intercooler core that offers an additional 118% more external core volume compared to the charge air cooler fitted as standard, the charge air cooler sets new standards in terms of cooling performance.

- The charge air cooling process is therefore not realized with ambient air as usual, but with a separate cooling water circuit.
- Lowering the cooling water temperature leads directly to an improved cooling performance of the charge air. This is where the advantages of the Wagner Tuning auxiliary water cooler come into play. The newly developed competition racing core increases the radiator volume of the standard water cooler by an impressive 92%.
- The ratio between the inner and outer cooling surface ensures maximum heat transfer and at the same time allows sufficient airflow for adjacent components such as the engine water cooler.
- The water coolers are also equipped with a thermally conductive anti-corrosion coating, which ensures a long-term cooling effect.
