Description
VERKLINE Fully Adjustable Wishbone Kit BMW M2 F87 / M3 F80 / M4 F82
VERKLINE BMW M2 F87 / M3 F80 / M4 F82 Fully Adjustable Wishbone Kit - Track PackageThe VERKLINE WAS-442 is a complete 22-piece fully adjustable wishbone kit for BMW M2 F87 (2015-2021), M3 F80 (2014-2018) and M4 F82 (2014-2020).
It is the only F8x suspension kit engineered front and rear simultaneously in a single shared CAD model. Camber adjusts 2 to 5 degrees and caster adjusts 6 to 10 degrees, fully independently. All control arms are CNC-machined from AW-6082 T6 aluminium billet with 42CrMo4+QT alloy steel pins; every pivot uses an EU-manufactured Getecno MTE sealed motorsport spherical bearing with an additional external dust boot. Every load-bearing component was validated through FEA across 28 load scenarios before production.
The WAS-442 is the arm-level stage of a complete kinematic ecosystem: Stage 1 (this kit - all front and rear arms) combined with Stage 2 (rear tubular subframe + CNC-machined front uprights) is the only solution on the market that covers every adjustable parameter in F8x geometry. Arms-only kits from other manufacturers can adjust what the factory already allowed - they cannot move the chassis pickup points. The kit ships with printed Fast Road and Track setup documents developed specifically for the F8x chassis.
The four factory problems this kit addresses:
- Front camber fixed at −0.8° — not adjustable without aftermarket arms. Far too little for track use, causing understeer and uneven outer tyre wear.
- Rear camber and toe coupled through a single eccentric bolt — you cannot optimise both axes independently with OEM hardware.
- Anti-dive up to 60–70% on lowered cars — significantly higher than a Porsche GT3 (40%). Grows with every mm of ride height reduction. Some aftermarket spacers increase this further. VERKLINE preserves the elevated anti-dive without compounding it.
- Non-linear rear bump steer at track camber values — at −2.5° or more, the OEM rear toe curve becomes non-linear. The rear axle actively steers itself under load.
What makes this kit different:
Every other manufacturer for the F8x sells either a front kit or a rear kit. VERKLINE is the only manufacturer to have engineered both axles simultaneously in a single CAD model — meaning clearances, bearing axes and adjustment ranges are guaranteed compatible by design, not assumed.
- 20-piece complete system — all control arms, tie rod ends, drop links and inserts. Competitors average 8–10 parts.
- Fully independent caster and camber adjustment — caster: 6°–10°, camber: 2°–5°, each adjustable without affecting the other. Front caster is entirely fixed on OEM arms.
- Caster arm (WAS-450) is CNC-milled billet — not a straight rod. The milled profile routes around the tie rod, eliminating collision risk that straight-rod designs require customers to manually verify. Bearing housing angled at 4° to maintain spherical bearing articulation across full suspension travel.
- Rear bump steer linearised — VERKLINE's rear trailing arm and toe link geometry produces straight-line bump steer curves at all camber values. No other F8x manufacturer addresses this.
- FEA-validated across 28 load scenarios — including combined cornering/braking G-forces, violent kerb strikes and jump landing loads. Same pre-production validation standard as professional motorsport.
- 42CrMo4+QT alloy steel heat-treated to over 850 MPa yield strength on steel components.
EU-manufactured Getecno PTFE spherical bearings throughout — maintenance-free, no greasing required. - Includes dedicated setup documentation — arm length presets, shim stack positions for front bump steer correction, rear bump steer tables and alignment targets for both street and track use. Ready to hand directly to your alignment technician.
Notes for fitment:
A full professional 4-wheel alignment is required after installation. The kit ships with a complete setup document covering arm length presets, bump steer correction shim configurations, and recommended alignment targets for street and track use — ready to hand to your alignment technician at first appointment. All VERKLINE arms are adjusted externally with wheels on the ground, so subsequent geometry changes between sessions do not require disassembly. This Kit Consists of the Following:
Front axle:
- 2× Adjustable Caster Arms (WAS-450) — ±22 mm adjustment range
- 2× Adjustable Camber Arms (WAS-451) — ±25.5 mm adjustment range
- 2× Adjustable Tie Rod Ends (WAS-452) — bump steer corrected via shim stack
- 2× Adjustable Front Anti-Roll Bar Drop Links (WAS-453)
- 4× Steering Rack Limiters — prevents tyre-to-arch contact at full lock with wide wheels
- 1× Ride Height Sensor Bracket — retains OEM headlight levelling sensor (left side)
Rear axle:
- 4× Rear Upper Arm Inserts — spherical bearing replacement, retains OEM forged arm
- 2× Adjustable Lower Trailing Arms — full camber and bump steer adjustment
- 2× Adjustable Toe Links — extended range
- 2× Rear Subframe Inserts
- 2× Adjustable Rear Anti-Roll Bar Drop Links
